We provide commercial maintenance services and commercial development services, from refurbishment to shopfitting. Our Residential Property Section offer full project management solutions as well as developing our own residential properties.
The Courtyard
Residential and commercial property letting and sales
Trading under the names of Layn Properties and Steven Layn (Holdings) Limited. Properties range from residential land, commercial storage, industrial units, small business units and offices.
Containerised self-storage
Trading under the names of Armourstore Self-Storage Limited, Store Easy Limited, Myriad Self-Storage Limited and 1st Self-Storage Limited. Combined together these businesses operate over 1,250 storage container units.
Transport refrigeration Parts
Trading under the name of Myriad Parts (Syncoline Limited). Myriad Parts is the UK’s largest independent supplier of transport refrigeration parts.

Layn Group Holdings business interests geographically range from Southampton, London, East Anglia and the East Midlands, with the most recent acquisition being a 6.3 acre site at Kings Lynn for containerised self-storage under our 1st Self-Storage banner

It started in 1985 with a single agricultural building. Today our business interests geographically range from Southampton, London, East Anglia and the East Midlands, with the most recent acquisition being a site in King’s Lynn, Norfolk for the continued expansion of our self-storage business.
